All products are made to order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. Please make sure your size, design, and details are accurate before finalizing your order.
Orders are confirmed after full payment (or confirmation if using Cash on Delivery, if applicable). You will receive a confirmation message once your order is successfully placed.
Standard delivery time is up to 7 working days within Pakistan. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Waleed Khalid is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
A flat PKR 200 shipping fee applies to all orders within Pakistan. This is non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
We do not offer returns or exchanges, as all pieces are made to order. However, if the outfit requires size or stitching adjustments, you may bring it back for fixing of the same outfit only. The outfit must be unused and in its original condition.
We try to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight color or detail variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These are not considered defects.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct contact details, address, and measurements at the time of placing an order. Waleed Khalid will not be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
All content, including photos, designs, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Waleed Khalid. Use or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our official pages and website.
